Aram is a professional bassist living in Burlington, VT. His central musical focus is now solo bass work, but has have had the privilege to play with a quite a range of great artists over the years. Currently, His self-titled solo bass debut is available now at Bassplace. It was recorded with one bass with no other instruments or 'layering'. I am currently writing my first music book, which will contain full transcriptions of select solo pieces from the album. It should be available later this year. In 2006 I began playing live unaccompanied solo bass sets, which always turn out to be exciting and special. Over the past year he has had the privilege to support Chris Wood (of Madeski, Martin, and Wood), THAT 1 GUY (Buckethead's bassist), and blues prodigy Joe Bonamassa.
